As your certified relocation representative I will:
- Review local housing values, property taxes, and community profiles
- Review and compare cost of living
- Provide area and neighborhood information and tour
- Review detailed school information, including personal school contact prior to home purchase to insure educational needs are met.
- Review relocation documents to ensure all are completed and submitted properly and timely
- Provide mortgage information, counseling, pre approval process.
Our time will be focused on your needs and allow you to concentrate on your new responsibilies.
